Terry O. Lashman - President/Director
Mr. Lashman is experienced in international trading and transportation, the forest products industry and international financing. Mr. Lashman was employed by MacMillan Bloedel Limited as Manager of Ocean Transportation . Subsequently he was employed by a Swiss company as President of the North American Trading Companies. He is currently President of Cancom International Trading Ltd which is involved in management activities of other companies including administrative affairs and raising funds for publicly listed companies.
John W.R. Taylor - Director
Mr. Taylor has more than 30 years experience in framing and manufacturing of wood frame components including floor design, truss and manufactured housing operations. Prior to joining Luxor, Mr. Taylor was the superintendent at Canadian Truss Company; did specialty testing on parrallam for MacMillan Bloedel; and plant superintendent for Cloverdale Truss Company. Mr. Taylor is President of Luxor's manufacturing subsidiary, Western Interlok Systems Ltd. Mr. Taylor invented Luxor's IBS 2000® Connectors and is actively involved in Luxor's ongoing product development activities.
Gary G. Liu - Director
Mr. Liu has been involved with the company for seventeen years and is currently responsible for senior accounting matters.
Tim A. Charman - Director
Mr. Charman has been involved with the company for ten years, starting in the plant. He is currently office manager and responsibilities include production coordination, shipping, purchasing and accounting. He is currently working on his BA at Kwantlen University, and plans to pursue a CMA designation upon completion of his studies.
Raymond Ing - Regional Manager - Eastern Canada
Mr. Ing has been with the company for 12 years. He has a B.Sc. in Forestry (Wood Science). He has over 20 years experience in engineered wood products. He was employed by MacMillan Bloedel Limited where he was involved in sales and promotion of engineered wood products including floor systems.
Meho Karalic P.Eng. - Structural Engineer - Technical Consultant
Mr. Karalic (K1 Engineering Ltd.) has over 30 years of international engineering experience covering wood, steel, concrete and geotechnical fields. Mr. Karalic was retained for research, development, testing and code approvals of Luxor's IBS products. He also developed related engineering software.
