Q. What are the maximum sizes you can manufacture?

• Knee-Brace. 4" x 4" with lenghts up to 48 inches.
• Rafter Tails. 4" x 10" with lenghts up to 16 feet.
• Beam Trimmers. 3 1/2" x 6", 5 1/2" x 6" and with lenghts up to 8 feet.
• Western Red Cedar is available up to 4" x 4" with lenghts up to 48".
• Douglas Fir is available up to 4" x 10" with lenghts up to 16 feet.
• Laminated material is available in sizes 3 1/2" x 3 1/2", 3 1/2" x 5 1/2" and 3 1/2" x 7 1/2" with lenghts up to 8 feet.
• Custom Sizes and Custom lenghts can also be requested for all of the above.

Q. For Douglas fir, what grades are available?
We supply green Douglas Fir 2 & Better and can also supply kiln dried Clear Select.

Q. Is it possible to get eastern red cedar or other wood species?
Eastern wood species are not available. All Western wood species are available including Douglas Fir, Western Red Cedar and Spruce (SPF).

Q. Can you use laminated wood?
Yes, laminated species are usually Hem-Fir.

Q. I only need one piece with a special profile. Is this okay for you to manufacture?
Yes, we can manufacture and ship one piece.
