Luxor Reports First Quarterly Operating Profit

Luxor Industrial Corporation is pleased to report net income of $31,590 for the three month period ending June 30, 2005 compared to a loss of $37,014 for the same period of 2004. This is the first time the Company has reported operating profit for any fiscal quarter. For the six month period ending June 30, 2005, the loss was $66,689 compared to a loss of $118,919 for the same period of 2004.The first half sales of $896,967 were a record amount for any 6 month period. Luxor's second quarter sales of $490,144 were also a record for any one quarter. Recently, Luxor completed its move to a new manufacturing plant with more than three times the space of its previous facility. With the added space, Luxor is now in a position to aggressively market its patented StructurLok Load Sharing Connectors, its Fast Frame Building Components and its Architectural Detail product lines to homebuilders in the US markets without manufacturing space constraints. Luxor is confident that its new manufacturing facility will allow it to increase its sales of existing products and provide the opportunity to add new ones.
