Luxor Reports Positive Third Quarter EBITA

Luxor Industrial Corporation is pleased to report EBITA of $5,679 for the three month period ending September 30, 2005. Earlier, Luxor reported net income of $31,599 dollars for the three month period ending June 30, 2005. Sales for the nine month period ending Sept 30, 2005 were $1,285,962 compared to $1,100,642 for the same period of 2004. EBITA for the nine month period ending September 30, 2005 was a loss of $25,542. The net loss for the nine month period ending September 30, 2005 was $79,222 compared to a loss of $137,180 for the same period of 2004.Recently, Luxor completed its move to a larger manufacturing plant and is aggressively marketing its patented IBS 2000® Load Sharing Connectors and its Fast Frame Building Components. Luxor is currently focusing its IBS 2000® efforts on securing needed distribution channels and tactics and supporting this initiative with its existing cash flow. Luxor expects its continued expansion of markets and product lines will make a substantial contribution to its growth in the forward period.
