Luxor's Sales Increase in New Product Lines

Luxor Industrial Corporation is pleased to announce that it has received a $50,000 order for its new product line of survey stakes. The order represents a significant step in Luxor's program to offer its customer base a wider range of building products. The new program now includes precision end trimming services, conventional bridging, survey stakes and architectural details. Luxor has identified additional products that will be incorporated into the product mix in the near future.

The Company's lead product is its patented IBS 2000® Load Sharing Connectors. The Company also continues to manufacture Fast Frame Window and Door components and is wholesaling laminated beams to various retail and wholesale customers.

As a result of the growth in its new product lines, Luxor has been purchasing and upgrading equipment in its 20,000 square foot manufacturing facility located in Abbotsford, BC, in the heart of the Greater Vancouver market. Luxor is building a stronger bond with its customers through its ability to sell a variety of products and services. This synergy has led to increased sales across its entire product range. The development and sales of new products and services has been increasing throughout 2007.
