Luxor Reports Positive Third Quarter EBITA

Luxor Industrial Corporation is pleased to report EBITA of $7,540 for the three month period ending September 30, 2007.

Sales for the three month period ending September 30, 2007 were $395,933 compared to $344,979 for the same period of 2006. Sales for the nine month period ending Sept 30, 2007 were $1,013,586 compared to $1,115,361 for the same period of 2006.

The net loss for the three month period ending September 30, 2007 was $4,876 compared to $56,910 for the same period of 2006. The net loss for the nine month period ending September 30, 2007 was $151,291 compared to a loss of $143,578 for the same period of 2006.

In addition to manufacturing its patented IBS 2000® EWP Connectors, the Company has the space and equipment to manufacture other product and to provide custom services at its large facility in Greater Vancouver. Sales are increasing in wall components, conventional bridging, survey stakes, architectural detail products, wholesaling of engineered wood products and in custom cutting services including precision end trimming. Luxor is currently focusing its IBS 2000® efforts on securing needed distribution channels and tactics that support this initiative within its existing cash flow.

Luxor expects its continued expansion of markets and product lines will make a substantial contribution to its growth in the forward period.
