Luxor Receives Second Order from IRLY Distributors Ltd.

Luxor Industrial Corporation is pleased to report that it has received a second order from IRLY Distributors Ltd., consisting of 270 bundles of conventional bridging and 384 bundles of survey stakes. In December, Luxor shipped its first order which consisted of 285 bundles of conventional bridging and 384 bundles of survey stakes.

IRLY Distributors, a member of two of the largest buying groups in Canada, Reliance Buying Group and Mutual Hardware, supplies products to building material retailers in British Columbia. IRLY Distributors is associated with forty-one IRLY Building Centres in British Columbia.

The Company is in discussions with other building materials chains regarding its various product lines.

In addition to manufacturing its patented IBS 2000® EWP Connectors, the Company has the space and equipment to manufacture other product and to provide custom services at its large facility in Greater Vancouver. Sales are increasing in wall components, conventional bridging, survey stakes, architectural detail products, wholesaling of engineered wood products and in custom cutting services including precision end trimming. Luxor is currently focusing its IBS 2000® efforts on securing needed distribution channels and tactics that support this initiative within its existing cash flow.

Luxor expects its continued expansion of markets and product lines will make a substantial contribution to its growth in the forward period.
