Luxor Reports First Quarter Sales

Luxor Industrial Corporation is pleased to report sales for the three month period ending March 31, 2008 were $253,177 compared to $227,417 for the same period of 2007. Sales for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007 were $1,305,771 compared to $1,368,467 for 2006.

The net loss for the three month period ending March 31, 2008 was $38,509 compared to $113,181 for the same period of 2007.

In addition to manufacturing its patented IBS engineered bridging, the Company has the space and equipment to manufacture other products and to provide custom services at its large facility in Greater Vancouver. Sales are increasing in wall components, conventional bridging, survey stakes, architectural detail products, wholesaling of engineered wood products and custom cutting services including precision end trimming. In the first quarter, sales of these products and services represented 39% of overall sales. Luxor is currently focusing its IBS marketing efforts to secure needed distribution channels.

Luxor expects its continued expansion of markets and product lines will make a substantial contribution to its growth in the forward period.
