Luxor Completes Testing of New Engineered Bridging Products

Luxor Industrial Corporation is pleased to announce it has completed testing of its second generation engineered bridging products to compliment its patented IBS 2000®, its first generation engineered bridging. The testing was conducted over several months involving more than 400 floor tests.

Patent applications have been made for the new products and Luxor expects to complete submissions in January, for proprietary floor span tables, to the National Building Code of Canada. It is expected that product sales will commence in certain regions of Canada prior to Code approval, using engineered sealed drawings.

Like IBS 2000®, the new generation of engineered bridging, yet to be branded, has specific applications deemed to be advantageous to builders in wood frame construction. The new products will create new markets by replacing conventional forms of bridging such as cross bridging, blocking, wood strapping, metal strapping and so on. The new products will be less expensive than IBS 2000®.

The Company will keep shareholders advised of further developments and provide further detail following Code approval.
